    Programs for 2026

    Ready Set Dance (Ages 2–Prep)

Introduce your child to the joy of Ready Set Dance and Ready Set Acro. These 90 minute classes combine fun, movement and early schooling behaviours while fostering confidence and strength in your child. Children enjoy a special Ready Set Concert that is designed specifically for their needs and is only 45-minutes long.

    Junior Program (Grades 1–3)

As children discover their coordination and strength, they’ll dance, tumble and act with excitement. Saturday morning classes are grouped together for busy families, making it easier to enjoy the full SOPA experience.

    Intermediate Program (Grades 4–12)

    • Intermediate 1 (Grades 4–7): Focus on skill-building with specialised classes. Ballet students attend two lessons weekly to enhance technique.
    • Intermediate 2 (Grades 7-12): A perfect bridge to senior level classes or simply for enjoyment. Students refine muscle memory for more advanced and faster skills. Ballet students will transition to pointe work after meeting IADMS benchmarks.

    Senior Program (Year 8–Adult)

Entry into the Senior Program is for committed students. With four distinct levels, students are assessed and placed based on their skills, strength and capacity. Opportunities include mentoring for scholarship applications, post-high school auditions, and individual goals.
